Kundalini Yoga 1 & 2


Techniques of breathing, stretching, strengthening and relaxation combine to reduce accumulated tension, improve circulation, and increase overall stamina and flexibility. This vigorous yet relaxing form of yoga will give you an immediate experience of increased vitality and mental clarity. This class is designed for both beginners and more experienced yoga students. Progress at your own rate and work comfortably at your own level of fitness. Note: We are combining Yoga I and II and will be co-teaching online using Zoom during the shelter-in-place; you will need to download the Zoom app to join.
